Keeping Vessels Compliant, Operational, and Ready

Compliance managed
with clarity and
discipline.

We manage docking and compliance processes to ensure vessels meet class and regulatory requirements while minimizing downtime and operational risk.

What we do?

Beyond Regulations,
It’s About Reliability

Docking is a high-risk, time-sensitive process that demands coordination and supervision.

We manage scheduled docking and survey cycles, ensuring preparation, execution, and close-out are handled efficiently and in line with class requirements.

We supervise hull treatment, propeller and shaft inspections, deck repairs, and steel renewal to ensure structural integrity and long-term performance.

We coordinate with classification societies, harbor authorities (syahbandar), and insurers to ensure all technical and documentation requirements are fulfilled.

We act as the owner’s technical representative on-site, supervising repair quality and providing clear technical reports upon completion.

OUR ROLE?

Technical Supervision & Owner Representation

We supervise works on-site, ensuring repairs meet standards, timelines stay controlled, and documentation is complete.

Why it matters

Compliance
Protects Reliability

Poorly managed docking leads to delays, repeat work, and operational risk. Structured supervision ensures vessels return to service safe, compliant, and dependable.

Designing Vessels for Long-Term Operation, Not Just Launch Day

A successful vessel is not defined on its launch day, but years later in daily operation. Design decisions made early directly affect maintenance costs, crew efficiency, safety, and overall lifecycle performance.
